CREATE ORDER
- Customers create orders manually, import excel according to templates or order tools (extension)

HANDLING OF NORMAL ORDER, SHIPPING ORDERS
- Customer care manager manage orders, confirm orders, assign customer service staff in charge
- Customer care staff update product source selection, images, …. of the order
- Discuss, agree with customers through chat function and proceed to approve orders

ORDER

SHIPPING, IMPORT PROCESSING

MISSIONS AND NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
