All data of FGC Users will be stored on the FGC system within 06 months from the termination of the contract to provide software or services or since the FGC User stops using the software or services. on the FGC mobile application, except for the data generated, acquired, related to the third-party utilities provided on the FGC software, the storage period will depend on the policies of each party. third party and provisions of the Contract/Agreement/Terms of Use signed between FGC User and such third party (if any)
For the Personal Information of FGC Users, FGC stores it for the period necessary by law to ensure the continuous use/supply of products and services; For tax and accounting purposes or to perform other works as notified in advance to the FGC User or as required by applicable laws regarding the retention period.
FGC always strives to protect the Personal Information and data of FGC Users in the most secure way, but it is inevitable and unavoidable for the personal information and data of FGC Users that a third parties obtain when FGC Users use the linked utilities and services on the FGC software, but not because FGC is the subjective unit of those linked utilities and services.
